MacTini Bar began as a humble catering company with a big dream. When the owner’s best friend was diagnosed with celiac disease, he set out on a mission: to create a mouthwatering, 100% gluten-free mac and cheese that tasted just as good as its traditional counterpart. After a year and a half of dedication, countless experiments, and unwavering determination, he finally perfected the recipe—and the difference became impossible to tell!
